EFT Level One Course

This indepth course is the precursor to the Level Two Practitioner Course. At the end of the day you will have a thorough grounding in the basics of EFT. You will leave confident with new skills which you can begin to use immediately for yourself, family and friends.

The Full EFT Manual, DVD EFT Course and AAMET/EFT Certificates and ongoing support is included in cost of the course

Reiki One Workshops

For anyone interested in self-healing. After an attunment to Reiki One you will be able to treat yourself, family, friends, animals and even your plants.

The Reiki One course gives you an understanding of the history of Reiki, your first attunement, hands on experience of giving and receiving Reiki, and enables you to open the doorway to self healing with Reiki

A Manual and Reiki One Certificate is included in the course
