I combine various psychotherapeutic and energy therapies which help release unwanted patterns, thoughts, feelings so you can create the life you want to live

My main speciality is stress and anxiety which underpin many of the blocks we all experience

The world of complementary therapies contains a vast array of 'tools' - it is for each of us to discover which ones may best help us on our journey. The tools I use, EFT, Metaphysical Counselling, Reiki, Meditation are ones that through personal exploration I have found to be extremely useful. I am based in Downe, Kent and work within the surrounding areas as well as at the Natural Therapy Centre in Horam, East Sussex

I am registered with the NHS Directory - so treatments may be funded by the NHS (this needs to be done in conjunction with your G.P.)
